Description:
Perform all aspects of front office reception, being the first point of contact for our clients. You will be customer focused and have outstanding presentation and communication skills.
A typical day in the office will include:
Greeting all visitors
Assisting clients as necessary
Management of meeting rooms
Handling queries via phone, and general correspondence
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
Intake of mail and distribution of mail (electronic file management)
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
Monitor our website chat bot
Making sure all printers are stocked with paper
Ensure business cards are stocked and up to date
Prepare client packs and make sure they are maintained
Using our client database and responding to client inquiries through different communication channels as required
Assisting with the preparation of legal correspondence
General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and binding
Be our first point of contact
Skills and Experiences:
To be the right fit for our Company you will be flexible in your approach to the variety of work you will undertake. Furthermore, you will have a minimum of 1 year's previous receptionist experience preferably within a high-volume legal services environment and your engaging communication style will stand out.
