We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Receptionist with a background in hospitality or aviation. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering a premium experience, similar to high-standard customer care in hotels or airlines. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a five-star experience from arrival to departure.
Manage front desk operations: handle incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with doctors and clinical staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
Support billing and payment processes, and address insurance-related questions.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
Coordinate with both clinical and administrative teams for efficient workflow.
Offer clear and polite communication regarding clinic services and policies.
Handle patient concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in hospitality (hotels/resorts) or aviation (cabin crew/ground staff/front office) is mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and appointment scheduling tools.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
A warm, empathetic approach to supporting patients in a healthcare environment.
