You’ll be effortless and genuine when talking to our customers, putting their needs at the heart of absolutely everything you do. You’ll focus on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
What does the role of Receptionist involve?
Handling telephone inquiries with professionalism establishing their needs to ensure they are directed to the correct department/team member first time
Welcoming customers to the dealership making sure that they are assisted in a caring and pleasant manor
Maintaining customer facing areas, updating and maintaining the dealership diary and other general administrative duties
What do you need to succeed as a Receptionist?
Administrative and customer service experience
Fantastic organisation skills
Good telephone manner
