We are currently seeking a professional, highly organised and warm Receptionist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys working with families, students and creative staff.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our studio, you will:
Greet families and students in a warm, professional manner
Manage emails and phone enquiries
Handle bookings, enrolments and general administration
Maintain studio organisation and front desk presentation
Support directors and teaching staff with administrative tasks
Assist with event coordination when required
The Ideal Candidate
You will:
Have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Be confident using computers and learning new systems
Be highly organised and detail-oriented
Present professionally
Be calm under pressure and able to multitask
Have previous reception or administration experience (preferred)
Have a valid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one)
Experience in a school, studio or performing arts environment is highly regarded but not essential.
