Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly and assist them in directing to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Manage emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Visitor Coordination: Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, handling courier services, and maintaining office supplies.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide information regarding our products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Record Keeping: Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable. Maintain and update records of office correspondence and other documents.
• Support to Staff: Provide general administrative support to various departments, including sales, production, and management.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A diploma in office management or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
