Are you a swim teacher with minimum 3 months experience looking for a role that combines your customer service and teaching skills?
Future Swim Rouse Hill is looking for a receptionist role who can also jump in the pool when needed!
Location: Rouse Hill NSW
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our swim school, you’ll provide outstanding customer service to families while also being ready to assist in the pool if a swim teacher is unavailable. You’ll handle reception duties, manage customer accounts, and help keep our facility running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous experience as a swim teacher (current or past)
✔ 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or administrative role
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
✔ Proficient in computer use (e.g., emails, scheduling software, basic finance tasks)
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries about classes, schedules, and payments
✅ Handle phone and email communication, manage enrolments, and respond to general queries
✅ Maintain a clean and tidy facility
✅ Record daily financial transactions and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payment collections
✅ Assist management with daily administrative tasks as required
✅ Swim teaching minimum one shift per week
✅ Step in as a swim teacher when needed
