Our team is presently on the lookout for a top-notch Receptionist to join the ranks of one of our esteemed corporate clients situated in the vibrant heart of the Sydney CBD. This exciting opportunity presents a Full-Time role that promises to be both challenging and rewarding.

As the face of the company and the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and associates alike, the ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, impeccable communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing a bustling reception area, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all who grace the premises.

Snapshot of your day:

Provide friendly service, build rapport with client and residents, work cooperatively with colleagues and customers.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls; maintain internal phone listings, speed dial numbers and management contacts list.
Monitor and control site access for employees, contractors, service providers, couriers, suppliers and visitors. Update and maintain staff movements and visitor register.
Management of phone systems, Voicemail, Security, Swipe Card and related computer software.
Manage incoming and outgoing postage and courier requirements for site.
Provide back-up for certain tasks such as Site inspection of contractor and their Vehicles, monthly camera reports, and other duties as deemed appropriate by the site Facilities Manager.
What you must possess:

Sound time management skills, self-motivated and organised.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
Previous experience in an operational office environment is desirable.
