Receptionist

THE ROLE

ProWay are currently seeking a full time Receptionist to join our administration team. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for the company, receiving incoming calls and welcoming clients and visitors to the office. The role will have a high customer service focus, as well as traditional reception and office duties. The successful applicant will also assist with preparation for field days, monthly reports, travel arrangements, data entry and other tasks as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A certificate in Business Administration or working towards.
Experience in MS Office Suite programs.
1-2 years previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and handle enquiries effectively.
Friendly, approachable, and able to interact well with a variety of people
A rural background or previous work in the agricultural field would be advantageous.
A current driver's license is essential for this role. The ability to drive a manual vehicle would be advantageous.
