Job Description
Answering and directing phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Managing the reception area, including keeping it tidy and organized.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meeting rooms or executives.
Providing basic information to visitors and callers about the organization and its services.
Assisting other departments with administrative support tasks as needed.
Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
Handling inquiries and resolving complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
Cooperating with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
