About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our office team. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience handling phone systems, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system (screen, transfer, take messages)
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally and promptly
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning
Maintain and organize office files (both physical and digital)
Use office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
Provide support to management and office staff as needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (verbal and written) – required
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk clerk, or administrative assistant – preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Compensation & Benefits:
