Job Title: Receptionist/Social Media Coordinator
Number of Openings: 1
Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent
Shift: 24hrs/week, Tuesday - Thursday, 8 hours/day, 8 am - 4:30 pm
Minimum Level of Education: High School Diploma
Years of Related Experience: 1-3
Position Summary
Other responsibilities include:
· Greet visitors and respond directly or direct them to staff as required; including maintenance of security measures by monitoring guest logbook; coordinate incoming/outgoing courier packages and other deliveries
· Promptly answering multi-line phones and direct client inquiries & e-mail communication in a friendly and courteous manner.
· Maintain office supply room and supply inventory; coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
· Handle travel requests as needed (flights, hotel, car rental, registration etc.)
· Updating all social media platforms, marketing and internal corporate communications.
· Receiving all incoming goods, verifying quantities received.
· Other duties as assigned

· High School Diploma.
· 1-3 years’ experience in an office environment.
· Proficient use of various software including Microsoft Office.

· Lead and innovate our social media outreach, creating impactful and inspiring content.
