Job Description
Reconciliation Analyst Required for an International Client based out of USA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Mobile wallet transactions through cards and ACH to be reconciled with GL Bank accounts
• Reconciles daily credit cards and ACH on a transactional level
• Match records from source to destination entries and ensure RTR's are intact
• Any difference in entries, suspense accounts to be maintained diligently
• Obtaining and exchanging information, providing direction for required adjustments
• Prepare and analyze monthly General Ledger account reconciliations for various accounts, ranging from low to
• Ensure that all transactions are reconciled accurately, efficiently and on a timely basis
• Assist the team leaders with the review of the Analysts’ deliverables and ensure that daily responsibilities are completed
• Responsible for the analysis of financial transactions
• Ensure payouts to merchants / operators are done in a timely manner.
• Completes monthly reconciliations through Recon-Net Reconciliation system
Job Qualification:
• Sound knowledge of reconciliation of Credit cards/Debit cards & ACH transaction.
• Candidates will have the opportunity to participate in projects that will push them to think outside the box in order to solve numerous complex issues
• Completes daily process surrounding reconciliation process while meeting required deadlines
• Works with retail operators to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction is upheld in regards to settlement inquiries
• Assists with development and compilation of periodic reporting to accommodate changes in the business environment and/or requests from internal or external departments
• Working with International Clients is MANDATORY.
Academic Qualifications :
• Any Degree/PG with atleast 4 years of experience
• Intermediate CA - 2 years
