Due to growth within our company, we are seeking a motivated and eager Property Recoveries Specialist to come on board and join our supportive, collaborative and hardworking team! Ideally you will come from a similar role and will have experience in areas such as loss adjusting, property or motor claims recoveries.
We are looking for a talented communicator who will engage well with key internal and external stakeholders. This role will be an integral part of the team and is a full time position currently available in Brisbane or Sydney.
Day to day duties of the role will include:
End to end management of the recoveries process within a portfolio of claims;
Communicate with all stakeholders (internal and external) effectively and efficiently;
Negotiate the recovery of claims (both insured and uninsured);
Focus on the timely recovery of monies whilst at the same time maximising the recovery potential;
Ensure the appropriate recording of work via relevant systems and processes;
Ad-hoc administration and other team support as required.
Knowledge and experience required:
Experience in a similar role (mandatory);
Property claims management experience preferred;
Excellent customer service skills;
Excellent organisational and time management skills;
Strong negotiation skills and excellent written and verbal communications;
Ability to work autonomously;
Knowledge of legal and court processes;
Intermediate PC skills.
