Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Recruiter at TEAM KB . The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Some work will be done from our office in Sikar, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications
• Recruitment, Interviewing, and Screening skills
• Experience in talent sourcing and candidate engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
