Requirements:
✔ 2–5 years of proven recruitment experience in Oil & Gas
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Strong understanding of technical roles (Engineering, Construction, Fabrication, Offshore, Marine, etc.)
✔ Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing & bulk hiring
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently in a WFH setup
✔ Strong coordination, time management & follow-up skills
✔ Immediate joiner preferred
