US Shift::
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
· Primarily working on Healthcare/ Clinical/ I.T. requirements from Direct Clients like CNA, LPN, RN, Software Engineer, Agile Developer, Cloud Engineer, etc.
· Negotiating with consultants on the hourly rate package and Annual rate package.
· Working on Job Portals (Monster, Career Builder, Indeed etc.)
· Mass mailing, Cold Calling, Requirement Sending, Relationship Building, sourcing.
· Attending weekly update meeting and reporting to manager.
· Resource mapping, resume screening, problem solving and issue resolution.
· End-to-End coordination of interview between prime vendor, third party vendors, clients and consultants.
· Setting up interviews for consultants.
Independently reply to various legal notices.
