Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team at Recruiting Genie. As a recruiting member in our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to improve interview-to-selection ratio.
You will also be responsible for preparing job descriptions and identifying/sourcing potential candidates, developing relationships with candidates & hiring managers, and providing reference check support.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of recruiting life-cycle and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Previous experience in recruiting is a plus

Salary: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
