Responsibilities:
• Understanding the job description and sourcing candidates from various job
portals like naukri.com, shine.com, Indeed.com.
• Conducting telephonic interviews and finding relevant candidates
• Explaining the job role to candidates.
• Forwarding relevant CVs to clients, taking feedback and coordinating with
candidate and client regarding the personal interview rounds.
• Follow up regarding candidate status
