Designation: HR Recruiter
Qualification: MBA HR or Equivalent
Location: Mumbai
Locality: Thane
Ctc Budget: 4.5-6.5 LPA (FIXED)
Experience Required: 3-4 years in Talent Acquisition
Note: At least 1 year of Recruitment Experience in BPO industry is Must
• Must have 1 year of Practical Experience in ATS.
Work-Days: Mon-Fri
Work-Timings
12:00 PM - +:30 PM
2:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Preferred timing, with home drop cab service provided)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Roles Responsibilities
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Full-cycle recruiting; sourcing, interviewing, following-up, and managing candidate onboarding.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Organize and run campus/college recruitment, walk in drive whenever feasible.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
