Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure job posting are short, clear and succinct and error free before posting
· Train new recruiters and coordinators on basic job duties
· Revise the sourcing strategy that targets the appropriate candidate for MHS to include developing multiple community, school and governmental contacts for MHS
· Build talent networks/pools to find qualified active and passive candidates
· Support the Sr Manager as needed
Preferred Skills:
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of managing multiple social media platforms
· Proficient in Word, PPT, Publisher, and Excel
· Experience managing job fairs
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in either an agency or corporate talent acquisition role, sourcing, networking, and managing full life cycle recruiting and hiring processes
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with general HR technology and Applicant Tracking systems is required
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; Attentive to detail
· With minimal guidance, prioritizes effectively, and meets deadlines
· Works well with all levels of management, independently and as a member of a team.
· Flexible, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with quickly re-prioritizing.
