Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent:
Write JDs, post jobs.
Source, screen, interview candidates.
Should be Pro in Blue Collar (Workers) hiring too - Compulsory!
Negotiate, onboard new hires.
HR Operations:
Manage greytHR software or similar daily.
Update records, attendance, payroll on Google sheets
Handle grievances, resolve issues.
Implement HR policies smoothly.
Assist appraisals, reviews.
Employee Engagement:
Plan engagement programs.
Organize training & workshops.
Address concerns, boost morale.
Compliance:
Ensure labor law adherence.
Maintain all HR documents.
Monitor payroll records carefully.
Qualifications:
2+ years HR experience.
Skilled in greytHR tool or similar.
Strong in compliance, laws.
Skills:
Proficient in Google Sheets.
Organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
