Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Recruiter. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment field. Key Responsibilities • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for IT positions, including software developers, engineers, system administrators, and more • Learn to utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates • Support senior recruiters in conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles • Learn to build and maintain candidate pipelines using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools • Assist with coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling, and preparing interview materials • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including drafting job postings, managing candidate communications, and updating candidate profiles Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in any stream • Interest in technology and the IT industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) About Company: Dwellfox is a renowned IT consulting and services company established in the United States in 2016.
