• Design and update job descriptions.
ï'· Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna Jobs)
ï'· Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
ï'· Screen incoming resumes and application forms & qualifications to screen IT or Non IT resumes.
ï'· Interview candidates (via phone, in-person)
ï'· Prepare and distribute assignments.
ï'· Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
ï'· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
ï'· Maintain a candidate database.
ï'· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

• Graduate/MBA
ï'· Proven 1 Year work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
ï'· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
ï'· Experience with sourcing techniques.
ï'· Solid verbal and written communication skills.
