Job Title/Profile: Recruiter
Work Location: Jaipur
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA, plus attractive variable incentives
Required Education
• MBA or B.Tech preferred
Required Work Experience & Knowledge
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and tools
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networks
• Screen resumes and applications
Interviewing & Selection:
• Conduct phone screens and face-to-face interviews
• Schedule interviews and provide feedback
Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Communicate updates and handle inquiries
Collaboration:
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Collaborate with HR on job descriptions and onboarding
Reporting & Compliance:
• Maintain recruitment reports and metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
