Handling non- IT related recruitment.

Calling and scheduling candidates.

Report preparation.

General HR work

Requirements

Experience in recruitment.

Good experience in using job portals.

Experience in taking initial telephonic interviews.

Have used job portals.

Basic knowledge in MS Office.

Knowledge in recruitment through social media including sites like Facebook, LinkedIn etc is preferred.

Experience in IT recruitment and Bulk hiring is preferred.

Other Skills

Clear verbal communication (English,

Bengali and Hindi) and documentation ability (English).

Good understanding, explaining and convincing ability.

Flexibility in terms of frequent travelling.
