We currently have an opening for a Recruiter in our Mumbai Office (Jogeshwari West). Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.
As a Recruiter, you will work within the global Talent Care (HR) team to identify future WD Associates through interviews and assessments. In addition to following WD Partners values, policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the rest of the global Recruiting Team (located in the US & India) to ensure fair and consistent recruiting practices across all hires.
• Necessary Experience:
- Prior work experience in recruiting; experience recruiting in India for architecture and/or engineering roles is preferred
- Proven understanding of successful interview practices
- Ability to successfully balance and fill multiple open positions at a variety of stages, utilizing a high level of organization and communication
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and willingness to engage and support team members and leadership globally
- Working knowledge of external employment agency practices and ability to develop positive relationships with high ROI
