Education- Graduate / Post graduate fresher or experience
Package- 15K to 22K + Incentives + Bonus
Shift- 10am to 7pm Sunday Fix Off
Location- Koregaon Park , Pune

JOB DESCRIPTION-
1. End to end recruitment for top notch BPO/BFSI companies
2. Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination negotiating compensation
packages, etc.
3. Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening, and schedule the
interview and follow-up.
4. Should have had worked on major job portals & social networking tool and other
classified job sites.
5. Candidate should come with a strong network of candidates.
6. Ensuring a good offer to join ratio.
Key Skills Required:
1.Excellent Communication Skills, good convincing skill, analyzing skill and market
analyzing skill.
2. Should be target driven and able to handle pressure.
3. Should be a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the
organization.
4. Should be a self motivator and work as a independent contributor
