Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role based in Thrissur. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings within the organization. Daily tasks will include posting job ads, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staff requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates for skills, qualifications through Job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring teams after interviews
• Extend job offers to be selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages
• Maintain accurate and up -to -date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
