We would like to inform you that we do have urgent requirements for HR Recruiter/ Hiring Manager (Work from Home). We are offering HR Recruiter/ Hiring Manager (Work from Home) profile and we have mentioned more details about our requirements below.
HR Recruiter/ Hiring Manager (Work from Home) Job Responsibilities are:-
• Introduction Call- HR Recruiter has to call to give applicant data and discuss with them about job requirements and applicants profile experienced. HR has to call up to 80-100 numbers in a day and try to shortlist 15-20 applicant.
• Proposal Email Manage Job Applicant Details- HR has to send company interview email from the company official email id and inform them about the interview schedule. HR has to manage interested applicant data and share the final sheet of all applicants to the HR Manager by end of the day. (Follow Up should be sticky managed into given format only)
• Interview- HR Recruiter has to take one video call interview round of the applicant as per company requirements.
• Handing Enquiry- HR Recruiter has to handle enquiry of applicant regarding job opening/company profile/interview schedule/others.
Note: -
Applicants should have laptop and Wi-Fi connection.
