As a full-time employee at DXFactor in Ahmedabad, your role will involve full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and developing strategies to fill various IT positions such as software developers, project managers, and analysts.
Your responsibilities will include IT recruitment, technical recruiting, and general recruiting tasks, along with implementing effective recruiting strategies. You should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases, including experience with MS Excel, is required.
A successful track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting goals and objectives is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
