Job Description
This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Job Responsibilities: Time is 10 am to 5pm and 2nd and 4th Sat off with 30 mins lunch break
Understand client hiring requirements for Non-IT roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, AC Technicians, HVAC Eng, Logistics, Operations, Customer Support, Admin, HR, Finance, etc.).
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and closing offers. Interview scheduling post * am -8pm as Co work from * am to 7pm
Preparing candidate summary table with CV to share with respective mandates
Use multiple channels (job portals, Indeed, APNA LinkedIn, referrals, networking, social media) to source the right talent.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely reporting to Director in Googlesheet
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
Meet monthly Soft targets while ensuring quality of hires.
Follow-up/ cooridination of Interviews / offers discussion with candidates on holiday is mandatory. Ready to extend time if required on emergency or any day you work less
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
