Job Description
For our global operations, we are seeking for professionals to join our global recruitment team (Recruiter-Junior).
Self-starters who require minimal supervision and are eager to contribute to the given team are the best prospects.
The individual would team up with our UK office in addition to reporting to our Mumbai office under our hybrid style of operation.
The position's specifications are as follows:
Post job ads on the group's corporate,employment, and social media channels.
Screening the enormous data base in accordance with the specifications of the position and sharing it with the team heads for evaluation.
Participate in candidate sourcing initiatives, aid teams with resume screening, maintain track of all hiring teams' and applicants' schedules, communicate with candidates quickly, and support them throughout interview visits, using recruitment software(SIGMA) to keep track of vacant positions, and more.
Send out all bulk emails, such as those that confirm application receipt or those that reject applicants. Arrange background checks.
Requirements and skills
1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter preferably from Oil & Gas industry .
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
Excellent communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple calendars
Problem-solving aptitude
Critical-thinking skills
BSc in HR, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field
