Responsibilities
• 1-5 years in hiring & handled end to end recruitment process & would be accountable for acquiring profiles, conducting interviews and screening and ensuring the candidate joins on scheduled time.
• Responsible for complete hiring cycle, including sourcing, pre-screening, head hunting, conducting telephonic/personal interviews, checking references, negotiating compensation, follow up with the candidates till joining.
• Sourcing the relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn & References etc in time frame
• Would be working on MID to SENIOR levels for various manufacturing & engineering clients.
• MIS & Dashboard Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
Qualifications
• Must have good English communication skills.
• Must have good knowledge and relevant experience in hiring for various non-IT profiles.
• Must be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, LinkedIn, headhunting, personal network, referencing.
• Must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, referrals, headhunting, mapping.
• Should possess strong follow-up skills till the candidate joins, maintain post offer follow-up and handle issues related to Offer / Joining Date / On Boarding / CTC as applicable
