About Team
At Ninjacart, people are what matter the most. As part of the talent acquisition team, you're charged with building the most efficient and productive teams. This will entail finding candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a diversity of thought to all they do. You carry the immense responsibility of matching suitable candidates with the roles in which they will be successful.
You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and ensuring appropriate and satisfactory closure. From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you'll manage the entire candidate process. You are meticulous, which allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.
Responsibilities
Create and implement a staffing business strategy to achieve a hiring plan that emphasizes on quality, process efficiency, stakeholders management, and candidate satisfaction.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruiters to successfully and strategically deliver on hiring goals and increase productivity.
Oversee the management and development of a team of recruiters, and create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity.
Minimum Qualifications
MBA
2+ years professional experience in talent acquisition
Good analytical, team management, communication and logical skills
