As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in BCG’s Global Services Recruiting team, You will work closely in support of our recruiters , and in partnership with recruiting operations colleagues in US & hiring managers while playing a crucial role within a fast-paced APAC recruiting team, working to coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate This includes managing complex scheduling, appointments and work flow and running assessment center’s in sync with hiring manager & recruitment team to evaluate proposed candidates
We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it's really like to work here and who brings a balance of creativity, focus and determination to our team. Additionally, you will be focused on driving candidate generation through ATS, Job Boards and Social media platform to fill existing and planned positions and to partner with the hiring team to develop, execute and monitor innovative candidate searches.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Work closely with your recruiter(s) to schedule candidate interviews, reserve rooms, book travel, and any other logistics to ensure candidates have an exceptional experience.
• Experience with talent acquisition technology systems such as an Enterprise ATS preferably Kenexa.
• Record, maintain and track candidate activities in applicant tracking system Kenexa.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and work closely with Recruiting operations team to ensure data integrity and adherence to the hiring processes.
• Facilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other recruiting coordinators, prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.
• Represent the Recruiting organization to all partners, stakeholders, and candidates, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and consistent, high-quality work.
• Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in the applicant tracking systems needed, including. Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity.
• Excellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skills.
• Sourcing resumes and screen potential candidates through various job portals to assess fit with the job requirements and BCG values.
• Record, maintain and track candidate activities in applicant tracking system.
• Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• 1-3 years’ experience in sourcing, interview coordination, and vendor management; a combination of both agency and in-house corporate experience.
• Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships with candidates and clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, & Word
• Knowledge of and experience with applicant tracking systems preferably Kenexa & digital tools Trello.
• Updating statuses of application in a timely fashion on the applicant-tracking system. Tracking/monitoring information for external candidates.
