Job Description
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and personable Recruiting Coordinator & Front Desk Receptionist to support our talent acquisition efforts while managing front desk operations at our Sunnyvale headquarters. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, enjoys interacting with people, and has an eye for detail. You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and providing a welcoming first impression for visitors and employees alike. This role reports into the Talent Acquisition Director.
This is a part-time position (up to 2+ hours a week). You will be expected to be in the office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from +:00-5:00 pm, and work remotely or from the office for other working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Coordination:
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate and schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless interview process.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring data accuracy.
Assist with job postings, sourcing efforts, and recruitment events as needed.
Support onboarding logistics, including preparation of new hire materials and first-day scheduling.
Front Desk & Office Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome.
Assist with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects to support office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
Proficiency with Google Suite including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
High level of professionalism, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
The posted salary range is a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate of what Sonatus ("Company") could reasonably expect to pay for this position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs. The Company reserves the right to modify this range in the future, as needed, as market conditions change.
