We are currently seeking a Recruiting Executive with experience in both the Canadian and US markets to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, outstanding communication skills, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of clients and candidates in both markets.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the full recruitment life cycle for clients across the Canadian and US markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
· Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent.
· Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the staffing needs, requirements, and preferences of clients in both markets, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
· Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the company and our clients.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment laws and regulations in both the Canadian and US markets.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the CRM system.
· Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your recruitment skills and stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the industry.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the staffing industry, and a strong understanding of the Canadian and US markets.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and various sourcing platforms.
· Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices in both the Canadian and US markets.
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
