Job Title: HR Intern - Hiring Location: Noida Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension or full-time opportunity) Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern to join our team at TechRyde. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
• Help organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
• Assist in drafting and distributing HR policies, memos, and announcements.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Eligibility
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA, BBA, or MBA with a specialization in HR or a related field.
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen interest in learning about HR processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
