Job Description
Working directly with the end clients as well as the Prime/Preferred Vendors.
Coordinating with the Sales Team to define priorities to effectively meet clients'/ vendors' requirements.
Coordinating with Candidates and Sales Team for scheduling client interactions and Candidates on Joining.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with the Preferred/Tier1 Vendors as well as Candidates.
Consult and interact with hiring managers on hiring strategies.
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent.
Recruit for the USA IT market.
Provide recruiting solutions to complex staffing issues.
Review and assess resumes and interview applications.
Conduct background checks on the prospective candidates.
Refer candidates to the client organizations for possible recruitment.
Write, edit, and review job descriptions for various job positions.
Prepare and process compensation processes and issues.
Build customer relations with client organizations.
Implement best practices in hiring and recruiting issues and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the US IT recruitment Market, minimum 5 years in Salesforce talent recruitment.
Must have ready-to-go infrastructure (Including Laptop, good wifi connection, etc.).
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, and Zoom).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid networ
