Spixar HumanEdge is hiring Recruitment Acquisition Executives to manage end-to-end hiring for sales, field operations, and corporate roles. This role is ideal for professionals who can source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (telephonic/virtual)
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets
• Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools
• Ability to work with hiring targets and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and recruitment processes
