Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi for a Recruitment & Development Manager – Agency Channel, with a core focus on sales and team building, rather than traditional HR responsibilities.
The role involves sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding insurance advisors (agents) to build a strong agency network. The incumbent will be responsible for enabling advisors to generate business, drive revenue, and meet organizational targets.
Role Description
Identifying and recruiting potential advisors through field and direct sourcing
Onboarding and training advisors on insurance products and sales processes
Driving business through the advisor network to achieve sales targets
Monitoring advisor productivity and ensuring consistent performance
Providing on-ground support for lead generation, client acquisition, and policy conversion
Strengthening advisor engagement, retention, and overall team growth
This is a target-driven role combining recruitment, sales execution, and team management within the agency channel, and should not be considered a conventional HR position.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in field sales roles
Prior experience in insurance sales or agency channel will be an added advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
Presentable and professional demeanor with good grooming standards
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
