About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Support the local recruiting team in the recruitment process - especially during our client project campaigns
2. Interview scheduling, administration, and follow-up
3. Keep our applicant tracking system up to date
4. Assist in organizing recruiting events and other tasks related to employer branding
Qualifications and requirements:
1. You are self-motivated, resourceful, and good at taking initiative. You have an appetite for learning new things. In addition to this, you can keep calm in a fast-paced business environment, where deadlines and priorities are subject to change according to business needs
2. Bachelor's or master's degree from a business background
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong sense of ownership to effectively work on tasks, push them forward and drive for results
5. Ability to structure and prioritize own tasks and to stay focused under pressure
6. Optimistic and value-driven mindset, passion and confidence to work with people, and willingness to give business requirements priority
