About the Role
The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support across the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. From initial candidate engagement through to a successful first day, you’ll ensure candidates feel informed, supported, and welcomed, while making sure compliance requirements are met.
Because we’re a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of activities, broaden your knowledge, and develop new skills. This is a varied role that suits someone who enjoys juggling priorities and working collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting recruitment activity from candidate application through to onboarding
Managing the central email inbox for any recruitment queries
Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, providing a positive and professional experience
Coordinating pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Supporting onboarding processes to ensure a consistent and welcoming Day 1 experience
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation to support recruitment needs

Skills and Experiences:
Who we are looking for
Essential Skills & Experience
Good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
Experience working in a customer service environment
A genuine interest in recruitment
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience coordinating bulk recruitment activity
Experience organising events, such as onboarding sessions for large groups
