What you will do
• Take care of the recruitment of candidates for vacant positions. Including drafting of job postings, resume screening, conducting intro calls with candidates, doing interviews, etc.)
• Proactively identify and recruit candidates via direct/active search and referrals
• Actively promote the vacant positions and the company as employer to potential candidates
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, credential checks and interviews (on-site or virtual)
• Work closely with local HR and line managers from the business to fully understand local staffing needs and strategies
• Update and document all candidate activity in our recruiting system
• Maintain and present your weekly recruiting status
• Provide consultation to business leaders on talent acquisition strategies and local market dynamics
• Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future recruitment needs
• Create and provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Participate in hiring events, career fairs or internal events
• Support in other HR projects, as assigned
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (human resources, business administration or similar)
• At least 5 years of work experience in talent acquisition/direct candidate search at a headhunting company/agency or inhouse recruiting
• Experienced in sourcing candidates actively via internet, referrals, social media, etc.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Experience with HRIS
• Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks and using good judgment to resolve problems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral), and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders
• Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of deadlines
• Ability to work with confidential materials and maintain complete discretion with personnel files and data at all times
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a small and dynamic team
• Ability to work also in the evening, when required
• Proficient in the usage of MS Office tools
• Business fluent in English, written and spoken
Nice to have
• Recruiting industry experience in IT Consulting or Software
• SAP SuccessFactors work experience
