Assist in sourcing and engaging candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Help draft and post job openings across platforms.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct brief screening calls to understand candidate interests and fit.
Support employer branding and candidate engagement efforts.
Stay curious and open to learning about recruitment trends and tools.
