Following significant growth in 2020-2021 we have extended our team and open positions for our next junior and mid-level Talent Acquisition Managers.
The Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the candidates selection on client request, provide them full cycle of the process based on our company’s unique approach and take a significant role in our HR Consulting Projects.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through company database, social media, referrals and headhunting;
Managing interview process ;
Market feedback research for selected finalists;
Closing deals and negotiation offers;
Participation in HR consulting projects.
Requirements:
Higher Education;
3 years’ recruitment experience (1 year+ for entry level candidates);
Experience in recruitment agencies desirable;
Must have fluent English, knowledge of other languages welcome;
Interest in people, love for the job and desire to grow and develop. One cannot demand this, but it is always welcome in a future colleague.
Conditions:
Official hours, Mon-Fri + - 18/ 10 -1+/ 11 - 20, can discuss more flexible arrangements;
Possibility to work remotely;
28 calendar days of vacation annually;
