As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to fill various positions for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a preference for candidates with less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications and Required Skills Bachelor's/ master's degree in human resources or related field 1 years of Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. Strong working knowledge of sourcing portals like Naukri and awareness of recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively screen & evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
