Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am and 4:30pm
About the Role:
Our high performing team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our fun and vibrant team based in Meadowbrook. You will be responsible for the coordination of staffing requirements and high levels of customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate in HR or Business or someone with previous Customer Service, Sales, or Administration experience that will find you working within a dynamic industry and developing your career within recruitment.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
Sourcing, screening and interviewing of suitable candidates
Completing reference checks, Vevo and Criminal Checks
Writing and placing job adverts
Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and candidates
Setting up general registration and on-boarding candidates to our database
Administration for the wider team
To be considered for this position you will possess:
Proven experience working in a fast paced, customer service environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Confident, friendly phone manner
A positive and can-do attitude
Computer and systems savvy
The ability to work well as part a small yet highly efficient team
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transport
