Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join the team in Kolkata, providing expert support and contributing to a world class, and truly global, talent agenda.

Reporting to and supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be assisting in the coordination of the full recruitment cycle, from role inception to offer acceptance, for professional services roles. Whilst constantly striving to achieve a first-class experience for candidates and hiring managers alike, you will be someone who champions our culture and sets the very highest of standards in their work. This is a business that works at high pace, so you'll need to be flexible, adaptable and unflappable.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Required skills and Qualification:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Knowledge of Workable or related software
• Proven track record of supporting and coordinating recruitment within a fast-paced professional services or similar environment.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and related MS Office admin tools.
• Strong calendar management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both written and verbal communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment and view ambiguity as an opportunity to propose and gain buy-in for solutions.
• Naturally curious with a pro-active nature, you are self-directed and highly resourceful.
• You pride yourself on your ability to follow up on every detail, to gather and analyse relevant data, and always be willing to go the extra mile.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• A demonstrable track record working within Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
