Our company Access Partners is into Oversea Manpower consultancy in Gulf Country. We want a good team of Recruitment Coordinator who has good experience in recruiting staff and process them for job.
Responsibility & Duties:
1. Source candidates from different Job Portals
2. Lining up & Screening the candidates
3. Arranging candidate’s interview with Client F2F or Online
4. Process the selected candidates for Visa & Deployment
5. Meeting the deadlines of projects
6. Completing the task received from the reporting Manager
7. Updating every day process report to reporting Manager
8. Updating weekly process report to the client
+. Coordinating with other Team Member
Requirements:
Should be Graduate from any Steam
Should have Minimum 02 years of Experience
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
